Fresh fruit tart

DescriptionVersatile recipe use with any fruit or any Sparkling Cider Jelly. Pair up the fruit with the jelly to bring out the flavours in both.

Ingredients
8-12 tart shells or one 9" pie shell,
2-3 cups of berries and seasonal fruit (your preference)
1 Cider Keg Apple Saskatoon Sparkling Cider Jelly 

Instructions

Bake 8-12 tart shells or one 9" pie shell, fill with your favourite berries and seasonal fruit. 
Melt  3/4 cup Cider Keg Apple Saskatoon Sparkling Cider Jelly over medium heat. 
Cool slightly, pour over berries. Chill until set.
