From Hamilton or Brantford:

Take Highway #403 West from Hamilton to Brantford. Pass the exit for Highway #24 North and go to the exit marked Rest Acres / #24 South / Simcoe (approx. 9km). Go south on Highway #24 and pass through the town of Simcoe and continue on #24 south approximately 10km. The Cider Keg farm market is located at 1231 Hwy #24 south  look for the big red barn.

From London:

Take Highway 401 East to Highway 19 South go through the town of Tillsonburg on Highway #19 Take Highway #3 east through Delhi. You will come to a road marked Road 10, south to Turkey Point. Turn right on Road 10 and travel to Hwy #24. Turn left on Hwy #24. and we are about 4km East on Hwy #24. on the north side of the road. Look for the big red barn
